    Purchased these glasses with coasters at the last minute and forgot to expedite the shipping when I placed my order. I sent customer service an email and they called me the following morning to confirm that I wanted to expedite my order. Received my order a couple of days later which gave me plenty of time to do what I had to do. Great company, great customer service and great products.     glasses were very nice, like the others we have purchased. BUT you might try UPS instead of Fed Ex. I would have had them Mon and not thur. Fed Ex drove right by me on Monday then turned around in Flagstaff and drove to Phx, then back to 50 miles short of Flag and dropped them off at my door.
