On 08/05/2022 I gave a two-star rating to inkpix on the family tradition fishing hat I had ordered for a fishing buddy as a surprise gift. It was sent in a bag instead of a box so when I received it was flat and looked like a steam roller had drove over it. Inkpix made it right after seeing the review. Without asking they sent me another hat about a week later, in a box, with an apology for the first one that was sent in the bag and got damaged during shipping. I also received a phone call a few days later. They wanted to be sure I was a satisfied customer. With their voluntary follow up action on my original purchase they did in fact make me a five-star satisfied customer. They remedied the problem ASAP. I can do business with folks that treat their customers like this. My buddy now has two hats. One damaged he can wear fishing and one in A-1 shape he can wear to church, if he wants to. Got a hat as a surprise gift for a friend fishing buddy. It was delivered in a envelope like shipping bag. Unlike the good-looking picture in the sales promotion this hat was flat with no shape when it arrived. Hat had no crown as it was smashed due to method shipped. It should have been sent in a box, not a bag. The embroidery work was great, but the hat itself was a disaster. With shipping cost this hat was not exactly inexpensive either. I should have been treated better. I gave it to my friend nevertheless but was somewhat embarrassed. Overall hat itself is poor quality, a foreign made product. The embroidery sewn on it after order was made was done well. I am disappointed with InkPixi. I doubt I will order from them again. Not only did I receive the customized shirt the day before my husband’s birthday as was I Indicated when I ordered it, but his mouth open response was all I needed to know I made the right choice! All the items I bought, tins and hats were well made and the customer service was excellent. They called me to asked me about the spelling of one of my items I ordered because I inadvertently put an apostrophe that didn’t need to be there. I really appreciating them catching my error.
