Bought this personalized hat planning to give this to my dad at Christmas. I think he'll really LOVE it! Though it does seem a bit 'small' on the fit, not circumference but covering the full head. I called Customer Service, they opened up an investigation ticket with UPS & immediately sent me out replacements which were delivered in 3 days (made sure I was home for UPS this time!).
