If billing address and shipping address are different, we will need:

Shipping address (please indicate the name of the company if shipping to a business)

Shipping: Up to $29.99: $6.95 per address | $30.00 to $59.99: $8.95 per address | $60.00 to $99.99: $10.95 | $100+: Free Standard Shipping. | Orders are usually received in 6-10 business days.
Rush Service: Add $8.00 to Standard Shipping cost per address. Orders will be received in 3-5 business days.
Express Service: Orders will be received in 2-3 business days. (Not available to AK, HI, PO Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses).
