When coffee mugs were shipped one mug was broke, called ink pixie and sent a new one no problem at all. Very nice customer service and a Great company, will order again soon! I am never disappointed in my shirts and sweatshirts from Ink Pixi. I bought this one for my office Christmas party, it was a big hit. The colors are vibrant and it washed up well. I ordered pint glasses, wine glasses and coffee mugs for a large group of family getting together at Christmas- they were delivered on time, and were a big hit! High quality & good looking! Adults loved their beverage glasses and the kids loved their "hot chocolate mugs"!
