    You folks are awesome. I have bought FIVE of this Bait & Tackle design...two for me and three for buddies and, needless to say, we get such a kick out of the message.     I used to have a beer mug but heaven only knows what happened to it. So, when I saw this mug with personalized engraving I jumped on it.     I ordered 4 engraved stemless wine glasses for a lady in our office who is retiring. I love them! I made an error in the ordering process and sent an email right away to correct it. Someone responded within the hour, and said it would be corrected. I received a followup email stating as such. I was still worried it was going to be the original wording I ordered. The glasses came within a week, in perfect condition, with the correct lettering. I am so very pleased. I will definitely order from this company again.
