    Ordered two sets of 2 personalized coffee mugs. Took a couple of weeks with FedEx. FedEx driver left it out on the driveway instead of walking up to the porch just begging for it to be stolen, lol! Upon checking the merchandise I found one of the mugs to be chipped. Not from shipping but it was packaged that way as there was no pieces of it in the packaging. Called to report it. They apologized and sent me a replacement in 3 business days just in time for Christmas! And this time the FedEx driver left it on the porch and rang the doorbell like they're suppose to!     We ordered several sets of glasses and I don't mind telling you I was leery because I'd never heard of the company before. Well these were great. The glasses all look awesome; I also ordered a personalized teeshirt for a birthday gift and it seems to be good quality as well. The order came in on time with nothing damaged.
