Sign is superb. Shipping not so much. Paid to ship to my home. Had to drive 60 miles round trip because they (FX)felt the one day they tried to approach my home the gravel road was too icy for their 2wd delivery vans. I was pleasantly surprised to open my door on Christmas Eve morning and find my order of 4 personalized Pint Beer Glasses! THANK YOU ..... THANK YOU..... THANK YOU??I was previously told when I ordered that they may arrive after Christmas due to shipping delays but when I called 2 days prior to see if they had shipped, the excellent customer service rep told me she wound see what they could do! Totally impressed with this shirt. Quality and craftsmanship are of the highest score. I could not find a shirt like this (polo) for my husband’s favorite new NASCAR driver, but was so excited when I finally found this company. my family liked there shirts long sleeve, short sleeve, & hooties. They are verywarm, & heavy which is what we like to wear for winter. A lot of time when you buy shirt they are the light weight matieral and we don't light it becauce then its not warm enough, which your shirt are heavy and warm. This is a beautiful decanter, purchased as a gift, I am sure my son will love it. More importantly however, is the customer service, which I found to be absolutely top shelf. Originally purchased earlier and received on Dec. 22, it was damaged. I called the customer service line and was promptly and courteously dealt with. Received replacement in only 2 days, that's right Dec.24. just in time to wrap!!! Could not be more pleased. Will definitely order again. Thank you so much for being part of our Christmas.
