Everyone gets a lot advertisements via mailbox but was pleasantly surprised at inkpixi’s flyer and looked at the website! Looking at the designs, I chose and ordered. When it arrived, the tin sign looked better in hand than the already impressive website pics. Very happy with the overall experience and so was the person I gifted it too! This is a beautiful decanter, purchased as a gift, I am sure my son will love it. More importantly however, is the customer service, which I found to be absolutely top shelf. Originally purchased earlier and received on Dec. 22, it was damaged. I called the customer service line and was promptly and courteously dealt with. Received replacement in only 2 days, that's right Dec.24. just in time to wrap!!! Could not be more pleased. Will definitely order again. Thank you so much for being part of our Christmas. I purchased an embroidered hat, tin sign, and 2 mugs. Impressed!!! While I did not take the hat out of the bag yet (it's wrapped) but it looks great! The tin sign is large and very nice and I know it will look great in fella's man-cave. The 2 mugs are huge and look great! Nice weight and handle size.
