These are great hats my son and grandson and I all liked them ! We got great compliments from friends while wearing the caps! Also I ordered the long sleeve shirts they fit well and look nice!! Had an issue with the centering of design on my order of shirts. After calling ink pix about problem the sent out new shirts the same week. Things sometimes happen and they corrected problem asap ! This met my acceptations and more they are wonderfully designed and look great and are soft and light weight but very warm they arrived on time. I would buy again and again the only negative is they run a little small so order up a size but knowing that do not hesitate to order they are wonderful. My first ordered said it was delivered, but never was. I called Customer Service, they opened up an investigation ticket with UPS & immediately sent me out replacements which were delivered in 3 days (made sure I was home for UPS this time!). Exactly as ordered and I am so happy with how nice they look and well they are made! Shipping was really quick as well. Can't wait for Christmas as these hats are gifts for family members who hunt together regularly. Another family member saw them and is in the process of putting an order in for himself.
